Tampa Performance Training offers interested people personal training options at our facility at 4539 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa.

The process begins with us understanding you, what you love to do, what brought you to our training facility, and what you have done for fitness in the past. Based on what you know and what you want to achieve, we will schedule a personal training session to gain an improved understanding of your fitness level. This training session also provides a chance for us to learn more about you. Identifying your fitness level allows us to prepare a custom training program for you. While we keep all your goals in mind, we change your workout to keep things fun and engaging.

GROUP TRAINING

Our group training classes focus on high-intensity and strength training directed by in-house professional personal trainers surrounded by supportive fitness enthusiasts of all levels. We will make sure each group training class offers a physical challenge while still connecting with you psychologically. TACTICAL TRAINING

Being prepared and fit for duty is a commitment to the people we serve, our unit or department, our family and the people we protect. Regular care of our bodily and mental fitness is the foundation for our best performance as military members, police officers, firefighters or first responders. However, taking care of ourselves is not always straightforward and often requires putting aside unavailable time.

Being tactically fit requires us to listen to our bodies and act on what we are learning regardless of how large or small or ill-timed. We have a wealth of experience guiding and training our hometown heroes through the preparation required to succeed in public service. Therefore, we will optimize your physical readiness.

NFL COMBINE

Tampa Performance Training’s target is to train each competitor for participation in the NFL Combine and NFL Pro Day. Each participant is given tailored attention that yields positive results. When preparing for the NFL Combine, it’s the minor things that make a massive difference. The Tampa Performance Training program delivers all you need to train psychologically and physically for the NFL Combine.

Preparation for the NFL Combine doesn’t make you a dollar sign or a number in our program. Here, we train in smaller groups to allow one-on-one attention. Individualized Attention = Results!
